    Central air blower not working
I have a Carrier Weathermaker 8000. The blower motor runs at a low speed mostly and does not blow cold air with the condensing unit running. I changed out the fan motor control board with a new one and I still have the condition. The motor is not making any kind of noise, but it just runs at a slow speed. Is the next step at the motor and if so, I'll take your suggestion and go from there.

We have central air, and recently it wasn't blowing cool air like it used to. We then noticed that the fan outside wasn't working even when the central air was turned on. Does anyone know what I should do before calling someone?
