My kenmore elite he3t front load washer will not start
My Kenmore elite He3t front load washer either won't turn on or if the LED panel lights up, the washer will not start once the start button is pushed and held. I have unplugged it repeatedly for 30 minutes at a times without solving the problem. HELP!

I have a Kenmore Elite Front Load Washer. Even when I select drain/spin and extended spin, the clothes still come out very damp. It's not making a lot of noise and doesn't seem to be out of balance, but the drum isn't spinning very fast. Any ideas?
