If I complete 25% probation can I get off?
I have a felony of leaving the scene of an accident with bodily injury and also possession of alcohol under the age of 21. I have been given intense probation for 2 years along with 50 hours of community service, a letter of apology to my friend, and to take substance abuse classes along with that my fines. I have completed everything and I'm about to pay all my fines off. How much of the probation do I have to have done to even have a chance of getting off early if I can does anyone know? Also I have never violated probation and have a lawyer and a good probation officer.

    Hi, jriggan!

Have you already spoken with your attorney and probation officer about what you're wanting to know, please?

    Thanks!

You won't get off only doing 25% of your probation. More like at least 75% is the number you are looking for and that is contingent upon the Judge looking kindly at you. But since you were given 2 years of intense probation I'm not seeing any Judge letting you off probation at even 75%.

Min of 50 percent but most likely 75 to even be considered, and some judges make it the full time

Was it taken as part of probation, or because of statue laws of the DMV.

The judge ordered me to give it to the clerk. So I'm guessing probation.

You can always try and get it back by showing what you have done.

Heck you can try to get off probation, worst thing that can happen is they say no.
