Could wiring on a kohler 15.5 lawnmower would cause the battery to drain
Replaced batteries in a month or 2 will still not start. Gone through 5 new batteries, and checked fuses, new spark plug too.replaced starter. Is there a possibility any of the wiring causing the batterys to go dead? ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

Why would you replace a new battery just because it was drained? Are you testing these batteries to see if they are drained or shorted? No need to replace drained. When you connect the battery cables does the final connection draw an arc, if so you have a short.

I recently purchased a very old wizard lawn mower. The battery needed to be replaced, traded it in, got the wrong size. Now I don't know what size to get. It's a 12 hp, 465cc, 38 inch cut riding lawn mower. I can't find any info on the mower. Any general ideas?
