    Canning peas
    My pease are always mushy when I can them and the liquid is not clear as it is when you buy a can of peas. How can I make mine like store canned peas?

    Here is a site that may help you with it. If your using the hot pack method then you may be over cooking the peas from the get go. This site explains cold pack method. It might help in your quest.
