    My parents want to send me 15.ooo dollars from poland. Are they going to pay tax on
    My parents want to send me 15.000 dollars from poland. Are they going to pay any tax on that money? And what about me, do I have to pay any tax as an receipient?

    If your parents are not U.S. citizen or resident, they do not pay any U.S. tax.
    You also do not pay any tax. In U.S. the receiver of gift does not pay any tax.
