My kenmore coldspot top freezer refridgerarator isn't cooling as much as it should in the freezer but it is freezing everything in the lower compartment which isn't suppose to be freezing. I heard its some tubes are clogged , dirty or frozen. Where do I find these cfrozen coils or tubes?
I just purchased a used kenmore coldspot, it was working and I just put it in my house and now it does not seem to be cooling, does it take a long time to re cool, it has been unplugged for 2 weeks.

The refrigerator is running and the light is working, but it actually gets warmer inside than outside. It's not cooling at all.
