Shoplifted, went to court, no plea, 60 day probation, ON MY RECORD?
I was caught shoplifting (in texas) under $20, and I went to the police station and had to go to court blah blah... "no plea" given 6 months probation which I passed, paid ALL my fines... is this on my record? It was a class A misdemeanor.
