Motion to vacate writ of garnishment Texas
I was denied motion to dissolve writ of garnishment after judgement - civil
I was told I could appeal the judge decision.
How do I go about appealing the judge decision.
Is there a sample appeal I could use.

Do you want to appeal the decision on the original Judgment or on the writ of garnishment?

You need to file a notice of appeal.

Look in the rules for the specific details.

I see lots of post here about bank account garnishment, but no one every updates as to what steps they took after the fact. I'm wanting to know exactly what I need to do in order to file a motion to dissolve a writ of garnishment on my bank account? Has anyone had any luck with this as of yet?
