Need the title to a film
I can't remember much about the film, but I know it was about a bunch of friends that were probably about ready to graduate high school, and they would always hangout at a old windmill or building and towards the end there is some sort of accident at night and they think one of the guys die. But at the very end one of the guys goes back to the old place they hung out at and see's the guys coat floating down from the building runs upstairs and see's the guy standing there. The guy that they thought died now is missing an arm.
