Can I take My Name with me?
I am currently in a position where 2 friends and I formed an "umbrella" and incorporated our 3 business ventures. Due to our current situation, and lack of funds, we had to do it as one. I am currently being pushed out, which is in my favor believe it or not. What claim do I have over the entity that was under my control? I am being offered a much greater position now, with a new company. What hold do I have over the brand name, as well as the product that I created, and funded?
In addition to that, the lack of work from the rest of my team, has been well documented.

What do your legal documents say about ownership of the name, product, patent?

That's what counts and it should be in your papers of incorporation.

Do you have a patent over the product that you created?
