I always fell like I'm not alone. One day I was in my room and I thought I saw something on my bed in front of me! And I thought it said "get out of this room". And I just freaked out and ran to me dad. I told him what I heard and he went in there and no one was there any more. That night I thought I felt like someone was breathing on me but I opened my eyes and there was nothing there. I have lived in this house since I was born and will be here for a while. Until I'm 21 I have to be here. The ghost or whatever it is has not left and won't leave. One the night of my 10th birthday, I thought it was the "worst" day of my life because a spirit had pushed me down and I tried to get back up but something pushed me back down and then I finally got back up and sat down. Then my drink spilled all over my cloths and I went to my room to change. After I changed, I looked at my dirty cloths and they were clean. That night when I was asleep, something awful happened. I was being strangled. Today is just another day it has been here, and it always will be!!

Have you discussed this with your parents?

If you haven't, you really need to tell them what's going on so they can keep you safe.

They may be able to contact a priest to bless the house and remove whatever is there.
