    I have a question about my 2002 civic si it won't rev pass 4000 rpms
    My 02 civic si won't rev pass 4000 rpms like its hitting rev limiter my engine light is on but its been on due to O2 censor getting ripped out by road kill.

    It may be kicking in, if the oil level is low.
