I am trying to find the name of a movie. The plot is about a young woman who inherits her childhood home. The house has a dollhouse in it. The woman mentions she always feels as if she is being watched. Come to find out her sister had gone insane and was locked in the attic. The dollhouse allowed the insane sister to watch what was happening in the house from the attic. A relative/neighbor had been feeding the sister after the parents' death. The sister gets loose and starts a fire. Has anyone seen this movie or remember its name? I saw it when I was a kid... Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am trying to find the name of a movie, the plot is about some young people traveling somewhere, the car ended up in an open area where everything on the car went dead including the cell phones. They were helped by a guy driving a tour truck, he carried them to his home, drugged them with drinking water. When they work up the killing stated. One guy was placed on stake with his hand bound with wire.
