    Blower shuts off and the condenser continues to run. Pipes ice up.
    Air handler blower shuts off, condenser continues to run. The coolant supply pipes ice up. After a period, I can turn the system back on and get some cool air. The system does not keep the air temp constant.

    Bad blower motor, bad t-stat, or bad cooing blower relay. All could be your probem
