    Sure if it works in his home it should work in yours,, the question is is it big enough? Or is it to big?

I have a nordyne electric heater model E1EH-020HA that will noy come on. The a/c works fine but when I turn to heat nothing comes on, not the blower or the heat strips. I changed the thermostat but it did not fix my problem. What should I do now? Thanks, gts
