Im sexually active with my boyfriend who I've been with for a long time.
Im only 16 years old, and this is not normal for me. I was a pescotarian for a month
(didn't eat meat or chicken) but now I'm back to my normal diet and still no period.
We usually use condoms but we haven't used them once or twice.
I don't know if I'm pregnant or not. I've taken one pregnancy test and it came out
Negative. What should I do?

You should repeat your pregnancy test. If the pregnancy test is still negative and you still haven't had your period, you need to see your doctor.

In addition to pregnancy, there are many outside influences that can cause irregular periods. Here are some:

•Significant weight gain or loss
•Over-exercise
•Poor nutrition (or a diet too high in carbohydrates)

•Eating disorders
