We are renting the house and she pays $400 per month for 1-1/2 bedrooms, no utilities, use of my washer/dryer. I am a senior citizen on limited income and of the $1700, as I stated, she pays $400 and my son pays $300. She was to move with her prisoner 2-time loser boyfriend in January 2010 as she stated that when he gets out of prison. I am verbally abused by my daughter and her two children, 18 and 15 years old. Her son is growing a marijuana plant on the side of the house and she condones this behavior. I've told her I want her and children out and she said when she is ready and finds what she wants, she will move. That might take forever, her credit report is in the 400's point area. I took full responsibility for the rental of this house and we got it under my good credit. Her son even made a threat that he would kill me once. HELP!

Well first I would destroy the POT ( sorry excon) but if you are paying rent you could get evicted if your landlord finds it.
Or even be held liable for it, since you know about it but did not act.

So you give them her and adult son, since he is an adult now, a written notice to move, if they don't, y ou go to housing court and file for an eviction
