    My ex hasn't seen my daughter but has been paying on and off can I get in trouble
    My ex said he wanted to give up his rights... I was told I needed a lawyer haven't gotten to it... yes he has been paying on and off but we received letters for court and now he wants to take care of the issue out of court and saying its my fault that I have been hiding my daughter from him... he knows where I live my family... I have no idea where he lives or a number to contact him... can I get into trouble

    Don't know if you can get into trouble,but if he wants to give up his rights, that means he will never be able to see her. It also means that he is no longer required to pay child support. Why would he want to give up rights, but then complain when he can't see his child?
