    Falsly accused
    On behalf of my son What can happen if you're going to Crown Court for causing bodily harm to someone and you believe the police are trying to set you up and the accusor is mentally unstable. :( :(.

    I'm used to American cops doing that, but I thought they were a little more sane in Canada. Guess not.

    What can happen?? Nothing good. What can you do?? (Why didn't you ask that?? ) Hire a lawyer - right now!!

    How old is your son?

    Rather how old was he at the time of the incident?

    Best advice, get a lawyer.

    It sucks to be falsely accused.
