    Can I use leveling compound in the garden ? IE on concrete to level it?

    Yes but rarely do you want a garden pad to be perfectly level. You need a slight slope to insure draining. Does it freeze in your area?

    Are you asking to put a plant on top of the leveling compound so it sits straight? So are you asking if the leveling compound will hold up to the weather?
