    Boyfriend's name on birth certificates
    May I legally give my newborn any last name I choose? My boyfriend and I would like to give her his last name even though he isn't the birth father. The birth father doesn't have any interest in the child.

    You can but after the court battle it will most likely be something else. Either use yours or the bio dads or both.
