    Can I write off expenses in an owner occupied rental
    I am now the owner occupant of a twinplex. The tenant on the other side pays her rent to my s corp. Do I have to pay rent to the s corp and can I write off expenses for my side?

    Yes , of course.
    You and the s corp are two different entities.
