    Attachment to outside ICF wall after parging
    I'd like to attach a hose reel to my outside wall which is parging over ICF. How can I locate the plastic tabs to screw into? Is there another method of securing to this type of wall?

    You may have to drill all the way into the concrete to get a sound connection. I would mount a pressure treated plywood plate on the wall and attach the reel to that
