    I would get some legal advice from a solicitor/lawyer, they will tell you what you need to know regarding your plea,and what will work best for you depending on which way you go.

    If they can prove you did it, plead guilty. If they can't, plead not guilty.

    What is the evidence, that can be submitted to court do they have.

    Has your attorney tried to work out a plea agreement if they have a lot of good evidence ?

    I don't have an attorney all I know is that I have two charges one is petty thieft with a prior PC 666/484(A)

    Then the outer is 12.03(A) revocation of probation

    That's what I'm going to court for on Friday of this week :confused:
