I noticed that when I and probably anyone else drinks, that you tend to feel less stress and think less and so on. Acne can be caused by stress. Does that mean that drinking can actually help get rid of acne?

Perhaps in small, medicinal amounts? If you're trying to justify heavy drinking, no way. Stress is just one thing that can trigger break outs. And alcohol is basically a toxic. So putting toxic stuff into your body doesn't seem like a good idea if you want to clear your skin up

Well you. I don't mean to use it as a treatment, but just as in life. Just wondering that if you drink that it could reduce acne.

Having a healthy diet would be much more effective. I don't think drinking would be considered an effective treatment. If it were, I'm sure it would be much more well known. Alcohol has been around for centuries just like acne has.
