Need to talk to some one
I was born in NY in 56 with a cleft palate and a lazy eye, fortunetly NJ fixed both at eighteen. Always been self conscious, my norm. I've been married for twelve years, but have been with him since I was eighteen, saw him through an unbelivable amount of crap. I rationalize the relationship by thinking barter.
Then at forty was diagnosed with MS, wasn't too bad at first. Then with time it got bad, but I'm still able to do every I need to do.
In 1998 we were married because he wanted to buy a house and I wanted normalcy.
Now every day he has a carefree atitude or what seems like not worried.
Yes, the economy is really terrible right now. The reason I mentioned his attitude is because he has not paided the mortgage in about five months. All I've done for him, but oh yeah what did I expect. Love this house in jersey, it's no great shakes, but it's what you make of it. On zoloft and temazepam (gotta sleep]. All I ever wanted. OK the question how would it be possible not to lose the house?

Af, sorry for your condition, it can't be easy I know, I care for a few people with advanced MS and it seems they have more pain day after day.

Your question doesn't have as much to do with realestate law as just getting your mortgage up to date. Its very simple, keep up the mortgage payments and you won't lose the house. Five months arrears isn't much now, but if he lets it slide any further it could go into foreclosure. I don't know how long banks take to give a warning in your country.
