I like to make my own wine chiller doors, I like to use 2 x 4mm tempered glass with a 4 mm spacing between, this fit into a 12 mm PVC U-clip and the clip into a aluminum 25 mm U-clip, too be made into a door.
for the spacer in between the 2 glass-panes I use a rubber strip , all sealed with silicone, will this work? Of course I put an gasket seal around the inside of the door.

The spacer between the glass is sealed rubber, will this work and prevent moisture?
