Not sure if this is in the right area...

I am looking for interesting meals for a 'not overly picky' three year old.
Or any sites or books that can be recommended.

If they aren't picky then you should be OK with your normal meals just downsized for your 3 y/o.

For breakfast fun you can fry an egg in toast. Just cut a hole in the middle for the egg. Another thing is invest in a griddle. They work great for making mickey mouse pancakes. One reguler and 2 silver dollar size poured at same time and you get the basic form. Grilled cheese with bacon is an added treat for finger foods.

Grow a small garden if possible. My kids learned to love veggies if they got to plant the seeds, weed the garden, and harvest the crop. We grew green beans, carrots, zucchini, broccoli, tomatoes, and beets. They helped plan meals and then helped me shop by printing the list, using it while we shopped, choosing the products while comparing brands and prices, taste-testing at meals, and, when they were big enough, helping me prepare foods and cook them.

Wow, I had no idea any one posted on this thread. Thanks for the sites! Great recipes WG, and excellent info and ideas Kit.

Tried the Micky Mouse pancakes they went over great!

WG, I do have my own garden, we grow sweet peas, snap peas, carrots, green beans, turnip, squash and pumpkins. She LOVES carrots and beans, and most all other veggies, it's trying to get the protein in. She doesn't like peanut butter, but would eat eggs 3 meals a day if I would let her.
