    Is it healthy to eat sausages coocked in microwave ?
    Is it healthy to eat sausages coocked in microwave, I don't want to fry them in oil , instead heat the sausages to steaming leven in mocrowave and serve them?

    You would be better off grilling them, this would allow any excess fat to drain away.
