    I had a business Debt not discharge due to fraud under CH 7 can I file CH 13 for
    My business went broke during the recession and I was forced to do a personal CH 7 the bank contened that my accountant provided a false document to them and they won a non discharge under 11 U.S.C 523(a)(2)(B). The amount I owe is about $444000.00 can I file a chapter 13 to offer a repayment plan.

    What was said at your hearing? If the debt wasn't discharged was it reafirmed in any way? That would have been the time for repayment plan. Also if its something they can accept you can do it outside the courts unless you now have another overseeing your money.

    Has someone from the bank contacted you about it? If not then they will have about 10 years to collect it or reafirm the debt.
