What movie is this scene from?
I am trying to find out the name of a comedy movie that came out in 1978 or 1979. In it, some people are on one floor of a building. For some reason, they fall through the floor of the room and are now in another room on the floor below. Someone says, "All right, let's get this place cleaned up." At that point, a maid falls down into the room from the floor above, as well.

It's near the end of the movie that this scene happens. I can, however, give you tidbits about the people in the scene that I kind of remember from earlier in the movie. Male (Let's name him Vic) is escorting his wife (Nicknaming Laura), children, and a nanny via old time vehicle to somewhere....
Where a woman is wresteling and her husband his watching she falls and breaks her neck on the rope and her husband is yelling no!! Then everyone in the audience throws up and breaks their neck?? Please help its driving me crazy!!
The scene I remember is a girl who planned a surprise party for her fience and when he walks in he breaks up with her in front of everyone not realizing anyone else is there. Then they all kind of say "Surprise" -- This is not a very old movie and the scene is in the first part of the movie.
