    Hi Company:

The biggest difficulty will lie with separating your hot water pipes from the other apartments' hot water pipes. Start by determining which hot water pipes are your hot water pipes and then see if you can find a way to hook your hot water pipes together into a separate hot water system. Then, all you should need to do is cap off your hot water lines from the existing piping, run a dedicated line to the new hot water source for your other apartments and then run a pipe with your hot water lines back to the oil boiler.

What are you planning to use for hot water for the other apartment(s)?
