Need advice on SOL expired debt!
Hey everyone, thanks for the help in advance.

Today I was served with a summons from Assest Acceptance LLC. The debt is past SOL but I can't find any hard documentation to prove it. I got a credit report from Transunion and Experian and they both only have Assest Acceptance listed as a collections account but nothing about from the original card lender. This is strange because the original lender should be on there where at least I could prove it was past the SOL. Any help how I should go about responding to the summons?
