Hi end, I searched the net and couldn't locate a debt validation letter, but you will find the outline for on this website which contains other pertinent information about what you need to know:

    www.canadian-money-advisor.ca/threadview/743.htm

I tried confirmed the url but it came up 'not found'. Possibly you could cut and paste, or to go Google yourself and you will find it under 'Ontario debt validation letter'.
