    Looking for a children's book from my childhood
    I'm trying to find a book I remember being read at school when I was small. I vaguely remember the story but I mostly remember the wonder I felt when listening to the story. What I do remember is that there was a huge tree that the children all held hands around the tree and it took them inside to a secret world. I thought maybe it might be The Magic Faraway Tree but after looking into it's storyline it doesn't sound right.. I would really appreciate anyone's help. Thanks
