    My Husband Bought A House In Tennessee 2 Months Before We Married. Now We Want To Put My Name On The Deed. How Do We Add This?

    He can quck claim it to you with both names on, you can have a need deed written, any title and real estate attorney can do this very easy

    When I did it in California, I went to the Title Company, and they did the rest. The person that is on the deed has to be the one.
