    Vitamin D from sun
    Does anyone know if you get vitamin D from the sun on cloudy days? You can get burned on cloudy days so it makes sense.

    You can get some, but full sunlight is better. It also depends what part of the world you are in.

    In that case, go out with bare arms when possible. The official RDA varies from country to country, but it keeps going up. More time outside is a good move.
