    I have always had irregluar periods and I want to get pregnant what can I do
    I have always hade irregluar periods I'm 32 and wanting to get pregnant last piriod s were fen 10 2010 march 14 2010 April 21 I can't figure out when or if I'm ovulating what can I do natruly before going to a doctor

    You can look into getting some information on Vitex (angus catus/chasteberry). Some women will have success of regulating cycles with trying that, but as with most herbs, it can take a few months of use to see results.

    However, it would be wise to see your doctor for a preconception check-up and discuss all of your options for helping get your cycles more regular.
