    Denial of debt liability
Does filing notice with a court and/or newspaper of your refusal to acknowledge further debt by your spouse/former-spouse in a community property state where you are no longer a resident absolve you of the debt?

You need to check the laws of your state.

You don't file a notice in court. Posting a newspaper notice is not sufficient, you have to send notices to each creditor you know of and show that your marriage has ended.
