    I don't think anyone here will be able to give you an exact, specific list. We don't even know what area you are in. people may be able to give suggestions for places to ask around if you can give us more details. To me, contracts for cleaning vacant places seems a little strange. But maybe that's just because I'm used to cleaning houses and offices that aren't vacant where cleaning means dusting furniture, cleaning break rooms/kitchens, vaccuming up after people, etc. :)

    If you're looking for vacant houses to clean, then approaching banks and realty offices might be a good place to start in order to find them.

    If you're looking for a small office or offices to clean, then do you have a flyer with information about your business already formated and printed that you could give to the places that have small offices?
