    How much jail time on 1st violations if you have been running for awhile and also have
    Had a violation warrant out for my arrest since 12-09 did not turn myself in and also got a charge in 11-09 whitch that was what led to the violation charge also got another charge on 04-17-09 and went to jail where is where I am now. What do I need to expect as far as my probation

    No one knows the answer to this except the Judge. Could be jail time, could be probation.
