I am desperate need to understand how to get out of a financial mess
I am overdrawn on my bank account,I have at least 2 payday loans & 2 other loans under $500 to repay, I make enough money but I am in an endless cycle of overdraft fees and high loan fees.Because of poor credit I can't get a small loan substantial enough to get myself out of this mess.I have seriously considered suicide to end this mess, I don't want my family on the street because of my stupidity.

How did you get into this mess in the first place? Was it gradual or due to some emergency? Is it due to overspending on your clothing?

The first thing to do is NOT write any checks unless the money is there! Over draft fees will continue to mess you up. Try cutting out a few things like cell phone, cable etc and put that money towards paying off those nasty payday loans. Those are the worst things you could have gotten into. You say you make enough money so the problem is you don't know how to budget. Don't spent what you don't have.

    Ok,

    1. don't write a check unless you have money to pay.
    2. if you can't do one, don't write any checks at all, use cash and pay with money orders

    3. If you have to let some loans go into default, it has to, till you can get to pay them.

4 YOU never never, ever ever borrow more money when deep in debt
