Can account be frooze or garnishment of workers compensation payents
I receive biweekly workers compansation money as a resullt of being 80% disabled from a work injury. Can This money be garnished for unpaid debt? Can my bank account be frooze as a result of a judgement. The money is direct deposited. I also receive SSD for being 100% disabled.

How can you receive both? Your SSD cannot be touched but the WC can. You may want to open another account just for your SSD just in case.
