    HSBC Motion of Summary Judgment
My husband and I each have a court date coming up for credit card debt. We received a motion of summary judgement and don't know if it would be worth while to hire a lawyer, or try to contact their lawyer and try to settle. We went through a debt settlement agency and have been able to settle with a few, but HSBC has refused to settle. Any advice would be gretaly appreciated
