When I go bankrupt will they be able to touch the house?
I am thinking about going bankrupt - last resort.
I am married and my Husband Owns the house out right. It was bought before I even knew him. Nothing is in my name I don't even pay any of the utility bills or council tax.
I have lived in the house for 5 years but we have not done any real improvements during that time.
I need to know if.. . When I go bankrupt will they be able to touch the house?
    Thanks for your help

Only assets in YOUR name are available to the IP.
Before taking the bankruptcy route have you explored other avenues, such as IVA's or debt management plan.
