Lost parent no hopes parent right
My X won't allow me to see or talk to my 13 old son and she has him convinced I don't love him. She even went to court and changed his name. Is this bases for terminating my rights?

No, that is not a basis for terminating your rights. Why do you want to terminate your rights, anyway?

    Do you support the child?

YOU can go to Court and demand visitation. If your ex refuses to comply with the Court Order she can/will be held in contempt.

If she refuses you enough times and its through the courts it could cause an outright custody change to happen also she could be sitting in jail.

No, it is time you get off your duff and do something,

    1. she can not change his name without your approval, or your non action

    2. she can not refuse you visits if you take her to court to enforce your child visit order that you would have gotten in court.

No it is not a reason to give up rights, so you still have to pay your child support
