    Cannot download anything via IE or Firefox
    Hi

    I have a problem, I cannot download anything from web to my PC

    I have 2 browsers IE and ffx. When downloading via IE it downloads a file to desired location but when I go there file doesn't exist, tried search etc... nothing. When I use Firefox it downloads it and the file is blank, it has 0 kb, so it bassicly doesn't exist. I use windows 7. help ! :)

    What types of files? Could be antivirus is not letting it save

    In ffx after downloading go to the TOOLS/DOWNLOADS and right click to Open containing folder.

    Any type of files. I tried dload torrent, and when it loads a file in utorrent it says "Invalid torrent file". Same with the other , when zip says "Corrupted archive", exe files etc...

    This was brought up in another post, is it possible you have windows defender and AVG antivirus installed?

    If so, uninstalling AVG fixed the issue as they conflict with each other or you can try to disable windows defender
