I have a daughter that goes to a behavorial school. And she sees a social worker on a daily basis, the social worker is study harrasssing her about what is going on in her home and steady making acquistions about her getting beatings. My daughter tells her that she don't get whippings so her social worker tells her that she don't believe her and that she is hiding something, so now my daughter is feeling like she's under pressure from this social worker. So my daughter tells her that she gets whip with a extentsion cord to satisfy this social worker. And so the social worker asked if she wanted to call dcfs or do she want my daughter to make the call. So the call was made and the dcfs worker came out to do her investigation and found that the allegation that was made was presumely false. The reason is for all of this is because my daughter curses out the staff at her school as well as hit them, spit on them and sticks up her middle finger. So now the school is tried of dealing with her and that want her out of their school so this was how they presume to handle this if it means making a false statement. I also have been denied meetings for her I e p as well is receiving her report cards. I just received her report card on 4-6-2010 for the first time the other two reports never received. I had to call the school district myself to get a meeting set up for the I e p and when I did this social worker did not set up a meeting for the I e p instead she set up a meeting to talk about what she wanted and invited a school advisor and a interim to talk to my daughter without my permission. I want to know if there is any legal help I can get to sue the school for slandering, libel and emotional stress.
