Apart from seeing your doctor, you can take warm baths, use tylenol every 4 hours, and rest.

To add to what J_9 has suggested, when you see your doctor, ask about the possibility of having SPD. If you notice the pain more when you move certain ways, getting in and out of bed, or in and out of a car for example, it happens sometimes that the hormone, Relaxin, does its job too well and causes that area of the pelvis to separate too much. You can try keeping your legs together as you get in and out of bed or a car. Some women find wearing a pregnancy band gives extra support. This is one of many sites that can give you some more info if you feel it could be that: Pregnancy-SPD-Pelvic_Pain
